I’m a straightforward realist with significant knowledge of the real estate market, along with a wealth of personal experience navigating the local waterways from Venice south to Englewood & Placida, and east to Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda covering all of Charlotte Harbor. My family & I are on the water as much as possible fishing and playing at the sand bar.

I educate my clients on home construction, elevations, flood zones & flood insurance, hazard insurance, and of course beaches! I will also inform you of upgrades to older homes that will get you big insurance discounts.  

I earned a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Ferris State University and Project Management Certification from Villanova University while working as a project manager for 14 years.
